Hi ladies & gentlemen, please do buy a copy of Gala magazine’s May issue. My mom’s (see picture above) featured there along with Angel Aquino & another mom for the magazine’s Mother’s Day feature.
The magazine’s only worth P120 and you can purchase a copy in all leading boosktores nationwide (Philippines, huh?).
See, I’m such a proud daughter. I know my mom embodies a strong persona, someone who is a leader, and has values. The article about her is an inspiring read! It tells her journey from being a bank officer to someone who runs a school. How she keeps everything in line, how she took care of me when I was young while she’s managing the school. How she considers every student of YAIS (Young Achievers International School, that is) as her own child. It’s a masterpiece indeed. My friend & college classmate who’s a writer for the said magazine wrote the article!
So thank you to Jo, my friend, for having my mom as one of her choices for the Mother’s Day feature, and to God for giving me a good woman as a mother worthy to be proud of!
It’s really obvious that i’m too proud, isn’t it? Well, why not diba? :D
